Ours is a charitable society registered in 1998 under Tamil Nadu Societies Act, with a noble cause for treating victims who suffer from impact ailments, mainly arising from accidents.
Varmam, is a branch of Tamilian Medical System dealing with extensive treatment to ailments caused to nerve centers of the body.
Due to the rapid strides of all round technological development, millions of people who are involved in accidents of serious and medium nature are subjected to innumerable impact diseases. In fact, the cause for many such diseases is a blind area for the modern medical world. The Medical treatment given to accident victims by is through, as Varmam Medical Science deals with the entire range of impact ailments perfectly.
Being a master art of all martial arts. Varmam( Thanuology) has all techniques to treat victims with impacts to nerve centres. These impacts assume the shape of 968 diseases, including T.B., cancer, tumour, AIDS etc.
Varmam is a neglected Medical Science. The victims of accident are exposed to many diseases. We have taken up the Research and Development of Varmam ( Thanuology) since 1968 to treat such victims and give relief.
Varmam has the credit of being the apt Sports Medical Science. Our Sports persons have a promising future to win laurels, if their strength, stamina and physique are considerably improved by the application of the techniques of Varmam (Thanuology).
Our Institute has a master plan to start a full fledged Institute to impart Doctorate study in Varmam and also offer extensive treatment for all sorts of impact ailments through a hundred bed hospital.
The Project of starting a comprehensive Medical Institute is no doubt an up-hill task.

SEARCH FOR FUNDS TO BUILD A HOSPITAL AND COLLEGE OF VARMAM (THANUOLOGY) IN INDIA.
There is no college/hospital for Varmam either the by Government or by Private organization. The study of Varmam deals with the treatment of injuries and how chronic diseases develop from them later in life. Varma Medical Sciences has been practicing since 1968 to treat diseases among India's poor, and to bring forth the knowledge of Thanuology to medical professionals around the globe. They are asking at this time for financial assistance in bringing to realization, a college and hospital for Varmam (Thanuology) Medical Science. Operating a free clinic to India's poor does not have the institute resources to develop a hospital on their own without the help of others. There is a proposal for a government approved onsite college, will give medical professionals internationally, the chance for new thought in medical research and treatment. The International Institute of Thanuology has prepared proposals with relevant documents, to get financing grants from a number of Agents (sources). As individuals any assistance you can give to help the uplifting of humankind would be forever appreciated.

(1) Construction of out-patient ward - with 2 bays one for male patients and the other for female patients. With full compliment of furniture and equipments - US $200,000.00
(2) Construction of 100 bed Hospital - 60 beds for male patients & 40 beds for female patients. Full compliments of beds, Furniture & other equipments - US $1,000,000.00

(4) Construction of Administrative Block with full compliments of Furniture, computers etc., - US $1,000,000.00
(5) Construction of college for Thanuology (Varmam) and Massiotheraphy, with fuel compliments of furniture - US $500,000.00
(6) Construction of college for Massiotheraphy and Nursing with full compliments of Furniture - US $500,000.00
(7) Construction of a canteen with full compliments of furniture, utencials, fittings & trolleys etc., - US $500,000.00
(8) Staff quarters : For essential medical officers, General manager & Dean - 6 quarters duly furnished - US $1,000,000.00
(9) Hostel : For the students (Particularly students from foreign countries) is proposed to be constructed. One for male and other female - 10 rooms for each with furniture - US $400,000.00
(10) Guest House to accommodate VIPs - 4 rooms with furniture etc., - US $200,000.00
